Bread & Butter
Bread and Butter is a new workout class from Custom Performance!
Based on functional movement, each class is comprised of high-intensity, low-impact exercises to help strengthen you for any challenge. We keep our classes small so that we can provide you with more one-on-one attention.
Classes are built around full-body movements to improve range of motion and dynamic strength. Each class is 50-55min long and consists of a brief warm up, two rounds of circuit-based exercises, and one round of burnout. Each session will end with a quick stretch, encouraging elongation of muscles and increasing mobility.
Each class will be lead by one of our exceptionally-trained Strength Coaches.
