GREG LARAIA, ATC
Gregory Laraia is an Athletic Trainer and Running Consultant at Custom Performance. Greg graduated from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, where he was a student athlete on the Cross Country and Track teams. Greg is FMT Rocktape Certified and an RRCA Certified Coach. He remains a competitive runner in the New York area and can be seen out running on the city streets day or night.
In collaboration with Custom Performance, Greg recently launched Streets 101, a team on a mission to bring runners of all abilities together. In the runner's gym, during group classes, and in one-on-one sessions, Greg sees the untapped potential in every athlete and client. He works tirelessly, continuously tailoring individual training plans to help each individual achieve their goals. Greg's favorite distance to race is ANY distance!
Greg directs Streets 101 and Bread & Butter: Strength Essentials for Runners. He also heads Marketing and Social Media efforts.

Wendy Winn, PT, OCS
Wendy Winn, PT, OCS directs Custom Performance. She has been practicing physical therapy for over 12 years. Wendy holds a BS in Rehabilitation Services from Springfield College and a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She has an advanced specialist certification in Orthopedics from the American Physical Therapy Association (Orthopedic Certified Specialist). Other credentials include: ACSM HFi, USATF Coach, ART Practitioner, Graston certified. She has led wellness programming and speaks nationally on running-related topics. She serves as an expert contributor to leading fitness magazines and has instructed at programming at Equinox Fitness Training Institute, The Running Summit, and Bloomberg Wellness. While she no longer accepts new clients, she has created the standards of care at Custom Performance for all the staff, and actively develops best business practices and clinical guidelines for working with runners. She is an RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) Certified Coach and an avid runner, with experience running all distances. She has run the NYC Marathon twice (along with the Harrisburg Marathon due to Hurricane Sandy). Wendy's favorite distance to race is the 5k.
Wendy manages the team, the space and the vision for Custom Performance; leading by inspiring the staff to reach their highest potential.
