Wendy Winn, PT, OCS

Wendy Winn, PT, OCS directs NY Custom PT & Performance Center. She has been practicing physical therapy for 10 years, helping runners of all abilities achieve their goals. Wendy holds a BS in Rehabilitation Services from Springfield College and a Masters in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She has a specialist certification in Orthopedics from the American Physical Therapy Association. Other credentials include: ACSM HFi, USATF Coach, ART Practitioner. She has led wellness programming and speaks nationally on running-related topics. She serves as an expert contributor to leading fitness magazines and teaches at Equinox Fitness Training Institute. Wendy believes in a combination of hands-on care, treatments fueled by the latest medical research and patient empowerment.

CAT FITZGERALD, DPT, CSCS

Cathlin Fitzgerald PT, DPT, CSCS is a physical therapist and running consultant at NY Custom PT & Performance Center. She graduated from Ithaca College with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). She went on to pursue further specialization in outpatient orthopedic and sports care, obtaining her CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), FMS (Functional Movement Screen), and CAFS (Certification in Applied Functional Science). She believes in a hands on approach, utilizing the latest manual techniques and functional corrective exercise. Cat is currently working to become a certified manual physical therapy specialist.

Kathleen Leninger, PT, DPT

Kathleen graduated from Seton Hall University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.  Kathleen worked in an acute care setting treating patients after orthopedic, cardiothoracic and trauma surgeries.  She also has experience with patients in a small orthopedic office focused on manual skills and pilates.  Kathleen enjoys working with athletes to improve their overall health and well being.  She incorporates pilates and yoga techniques to help runners improve their strength and posture.  Kathleen plans to continue her education in yoga and thai yoga massage.  When Kathleen is not working you can find her running the world or on her yoga mat.
