What are the three things you are most proud of? My 2019 NYC Marathon because I never gave up even after getting sick 3 times on the course, getting my MBA, and moving to NYC on my own 8 1/2 years ago.
Where are you from and what lessons did you learn growing up? I'm originally from New Hampshire! I was a professional dancer growing up so I learned a lot about discipline, respect, and hard work from a young age. I carry those lessons with me to this day!
Describe yourself in one sentence. I am a historian of 17th century Dutch and Italian art, a running coach, and a podcaster who has an optimistic outlook and an insatiable thirst for growth, on and off the track.
How did you get into your current career? I grew up in Indiana so basketball and sports have always been in my blood. In 2008 I moved to NYC as a performer and I traveled the US and internationally with Broadway productions. Fitness and movement have always been in my soul so I told myself if anything came along and created a starting line for me I'd never let that opportunity pass.
How has your life so far shaped who you are today? My willingness to learn from every person I’ve met, every experience I’ve had – the good and the not so good – is what fuels the person I am today.
Where are you from and what does that mean to you? Atlanta, GA. Do I need to say more? I am so proud of this city and what it stands for. Also, I love running in the heat and humidity of the summer. Honestly!
Where are you from and what does that mean to you? I grew up moving all around the country. I was born in Georgia, moved to Colorado when I was 3, Michigan when I was 6, North Carolina when I was 14, and New York when I was 18. I mostly identify with the South as my home. It means family, comfort, cozy mountains, buttery food, and great accents.
Describe yourself in one sentence: I'm a grateful, loving, and gritty Endurance Athlete (Local Elite Marathoner and soon to be Ironman), Husband, AdTech Sales Leader, and Co-Founder of FICS NYC which is a fitness recovery and wellness studio.
Describe yourself in one sentence: I'm a wife, dog mom, dedicated friend, physical therapist, runner, and fitness enthusiast who claims both NYC and NJ as home and is always up for an adventure.
