A graduate of Seton Hall University, Kathleen prides herself on holding her clients accountable for their goals. Kathleen races all distances, from the 5k to the marathon, along with triathlon.
Kathleen’s interest in treating the whole runner has led her to speak at national conferences on topics such as RED-S, formerly the female athlete triad. She wants every runner to be able to perform well over his/her lifetime, and will give you the tools to do it.
Kathleen has excellent manual therapy skills and is certified in Pilates. She is a certified running coach with RRCA and directs sponsored athlete partnerships at Custom Performance. Kathleen ran her first NYC Marathon in 2017.
