A graduate of Columbia University, Sam has a dedicated focus to treating athletes. She was a collegiate swimmer and dancer and became fascinated with the application of biomechanics to all athletic forms.
After receiving her doctorate, she continued her training in a sports residency at University of Delaware. She covered a variety of NCAA D1 sports such as: track and field, football, lacrosse, soccer and baseball, as well as professional baseball and rugby. The bottom line for all of these sports is running…it is fundamental.
She believes in a targeted individually-directed approach, backed by the cutting edge research and is devoted to supporting your goals. She is dedicated to continuing education in running, strength and conditioning, as well as women’s health. She has completed courses in instrument assisted soft tissue, RockTape, and Herman and Wallace pelvic health.
