I am optimistic, driven, and will do my best to convince you to join me in a sweaty pursuit.
What are three achievements you are proud of in your life?
I will always be proud of my decision to join Cal Poly’s triathlon team during my first week as a college freshman. The lessons I learned in those four years have given me the ability to persevere in all other aspects of my life.
I am incredibly proud of my decision to resign from my role as VP of Sales & Marketing, for a real estate development company, to pursue my passion for helping others live a more healthful life. Although my previous life looked “successful” on paper, I was miserable; I felt like I was living a life without purpose. I made that decision 14 years ago and have never regretted it.
To be honest, I am probably most proud of my ability to re-establish my independence after getting divorced five years ago and to be truly living a life that I love here in New York City.

Where are you from and how does that influence who you are today?
I am originally from Sonoma, CA. I have a strong appreciation for both nature and wine and prefer to enjoy both together.
