Our staff is fully vaccinated.
NEW: Weekly screening for staff: All staff are rapid-testing weekly as an extra layer of caution.
Wellness agreement: We ask each client to sign an agreement that they will not come in if they are feeling sick or have been exposed to COVID-19.
If you test positive, please notify email@example.com immediately with the test date. Clients and staff on-site during any suspected exposure will be notified immediately by email, informing them of the date and time of their exposure.
We follow all CDC and New York State guidelines.

If any client arrives sick to their appointment, they will be asked to reschedule. Virtual appointments are an option in this case.
We will continue to open the windows for ventilation and utilize medical-grade air purifiers in both spaces.
Masks are still required for healthcare facilities. We will also take your temperature.
